Christina has been managing properties since 1984 and began working for Applewood Pointe Langton Lake (APLL) in 2015. The favorite part of her job is understanding and meeting the needs of the residents of APLL.

 

During her career, she has managed family housing, condominiums and, since 1996, she has enjoyed managing cooperatives.

 

She has earned awards for Manager of the Year, Mentoring, and most recently, the Senior Cooperative Housing Leadership Award.

 

Christina lives nearby and, in her spare time, is actively involved in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loves kickboxing and strength training and is an active member of the MN Blues Society.

Mike has been in construction and property management for 20 years and began working at Applewood Pointe Langton Lake (APLL) in 2021, as Maintenance Engineer.

 

The favorite part of Mike’s job is that there isn’t just-one-favorite-part. Mike thrives on the diverse nature of his work: working with residents to understand their needs, communicating with residents, onsite staff, and vendors, troubleshooting repairs, planning, organizing, repairing, completing daily work orders, providing preventative maintenance, obtaining quotes from outside vendors for scheduled repairs and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and affordably.
